What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers can take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location, as an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Does my Puffco device come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on electronic bases (The Peak, Peak Pro, and Proxy). Please note that atomizers and glass components are considered consumable parts and are not covered under the standard electronic warranty.
How do I clean my device for optimal performance?
We recommend soaking your glass and atomizer in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol regularly. Use a cotton swab dipped in ISO to clean the gold connection points and the chamber after every use to prevent buildup and ensure longevity.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or opened.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to a select number of countries. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of supported regions. Note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
Why is an adult signature required for delivery?
In compliance with federal law regarding the shipping of electronic nicotine and vaporizing devices, all deliveries must be received by an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.
