Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Please note that due to the nature of our electronic vaporization products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or have broken seals.

Return Process

  Ensure your product is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days from Puffco.com.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via the help center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unused device with all original accessories and documentation, then drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unused, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
